Hull KR Dominates Toulouse with Eight Tries, While Leigh Secures Crucial Win Over York

Hull KR secured their third consecutive win in the Betfred Super League with a resounding 46-0 victory over Toulouse, scoring eight tries in the process. Elliot Minchella initiated the scoring, and despite having another try disallowed, Rhyse Martin extended the lead to 12-0 after Toulouse failed to handle a kick from Mikey Lewis. The visitors doubled their score with tries on either side of half-time, courtesy of Tyrone May and Dean Hadley, followed by Joe Burgess. As the game progressed, Hull KR showed no mercy, with Lewis and Jez Litten combining for another try, and Peta Hiku intercepting a pass to score. Lewis then set up Jai Whitbread for the seventh try, before Burgess added his second to complete the rout. In another match, Leigh bounced back with a hard-fought 18-6 win over York, thanks to tries from Gareth O'Brien, Josh Charnley, and Jacob Alick-Wiencke. The victory marked a significant moment in Leigh's campaign, as they climbed to 10th in the table.
