Hamilton Achieves Maiden Ferrari Podium, Labels It His 'Toughest Challenge'

Hamilton, who joined Ferrari at the start of last year, had to wait 26 races to achieve this milestone. He acknowledged that the journey has been tough but believes the team has made significant progress. 'I've been pushing for a podium, and it's the hardest thing to get a podium compared to a lot through my career,' Hamilton said. 'It was the biggest challenge to get that, and I just had to bide my time.' Hamilton's Ferrari teammate, Charles Leclerc, also expressed his enjoyment of the intense battle for the final podium spot, stating that it was one of the most exciting races he has been a part of.
