White, from Sturminster Newton, continued her impressive winning streak, remaining unbeaten in over 60 contests with a unanimous decision victory over Gittens. Meanwhile, Billy Macey became a two-time national champion in the men's flyweight division after his opponent, Yusuf Uddin, was disqualified and then shoved the referee. Macey emphasized the importance of sportsmanship, saying, 'Regardless of the outcome, one must conduct themselves with respect and dignity, as there's no need for unsportsmanlike behavior.' Adekali Kargbo of De Hood impressed with a 4-1 split decision win over reigning 90kg champion Akinola Tijani. Clinton Achusim secured the super-heavyweight title with a win over Anthony Ibekwe in a thrilling bout. Repton's Amo Singh and GB boxer Joe Turner also emerged victorious in their respective divisions. The GB boxing team is set to compete in the World Boxing Cup event in Brazil, with Sacha Hickey, Lauren Mackie, and Chantelle Reid making up the women's team, while Ellis Trowbridge, Will Hewitt, and Teagn Stott are among the men's line-up.
