Anthony Joshua Steps Out in Public for the First Time Since Tragic Loss to Back Chisora

Anthony Joshua recently made a public appearance for the first time since the tragic loss of his close friends, Sina Ghami and Latif 'Latz' Ayodele, as he showed his support for Derek Chisora at the O2 Arena. Following a fatal car accident in Nigeria on December 29 that claimed the lives of Ghami and Ayodele, Joshua has maintained a low profile. However, he was spotted alongside Matchroom promoter Eddie Hearn at Chisora's 50th and possibly final career fight against Deontay Wilder in London. Wearing a white tracksuit, Joshua appeared calm as he entered the arena, accompanied by Hearn. Given their shared background at the Finchley amateur boxing club and Joshua's management company now representing Chisora, the two have a strong connection. In contrast, Joshua's longtime rival Wilder did not acknowledge him as they crossed paths in a corridor inside the O2. Joshua's last fight took place before Christmas, when he defeated Jake Paul in Miami, and speculation continues about a potential upcoming bout with Tyson Fury.
