London Spirit Unveils Star-Studded Lineup and Refreshed Branding for 2026

London Spirit, a prominent team in The Hundred, has made significant announcements, including the signing of eight international players and the unveiling of a new brand identity. The team's roster now features notable players such as Charlie Dean, Grace Harris, Jamie Overton, and Adam Zampa. Zampa, Australia's leading wicket-taker in T20 Internationals, boasts an impressive record in The Hundred, with 30 wickets at an average of 13.13. Dean, a franchise veteran since 2021, was part of the title-winning team in 2024 and captained Spirit in 2025. Overton, England's all-rounder, was named Player of the Tournament in The Hundred in 2023 and led London Spirit in wickets in 2025. Other new signings include Dewald Brevis, a 22-year-old South African batter, and Mahika Gaur, a young seamer from the United Arab Emirates. The team has also retained key players like Harris, who was a standout performer in 2025, and Marizanne Kapp, who joins from Oval Invincibles. Liam Livingstone, England's big-hitting all-rounder, brings extensive franchise experience to the team. The coaching staff, including men's head coach Andy Flower and women's head coach Jon Lewis, expressed excitement about the new signings and the team's prospects for the 2026 campaign. Additionally, London Spirit has announced Barclays and Nike as its first commercial partners, marking a significant milestone in the team's rebranding efforts. The updated brand identity, which includes a new LS logo and a subtle nod to the MCC's distinctive red-and-yellow colors, is the result of extensive market research and aims to reflect the team's values and connection to Lord's Cricket Ground.
