Rangers Footballer Dujon Sterling Faces Court Charges for Alleged Drunk and Reckless Driving

Dujon Sterling, a 26-year-old Rangers player, has made a court appearance to address charges of drunk driving and reckless endangerment on the road. According to the allegations, on January 4, Sterling drove at high speeds through various streets in Glasgow's city center, posing a risk to other drivers by veering into their paths and losing control of his vehicle. Additionally, he is accused of operating a vehicle while intoxicated on the same date, with a recorded breath alcohol level of 60 microgrammes per 100 milliliters, exceeding the legal limit of 22 microgrammes per 100 milliliters. This incident occurred a day after Sterling participated in a match against Celtic, which Rangers won 3-1. During his appearance at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sterling did not enter a plea, and the case has been postponed until May 5 for further proceedings.
