Hollie Doyle: Wareeth 'fresh and well' ahead of key Newmarket test
Hollie Doyle is set to ride at Southwell on Saturday, with three key mounts, and is looking forward to partnering Archie Watson's exciting colt Wareeth in the Feilden Stakes at Newmarket. Ambishio, trained by Mick Appleby, has a strong chance of winning the Country & Western Night 25th April Handicap, having recently won over the same course and distance. Doyle will also ride Fircombe Hall in the Come Racing For Free 18th June Handicap, a horse she has previously won on and is in good form. Meanwhile, Thomas Equinas will run in the Conference & Events At Southwell Racecourse Handicap, but needs to improve on recent performances. Wareeth, who made an impressive debut at Newcastle, will step up to 9f in the Feilden Stakes, with the potential to head to the Dante Stakes at York if successful. Doyle recently rode her 70th winner for Hambleton Racing and is looking forward to future successes with the syndicate.
