Rangers Footballer Dujon Sterling Faces Court Charges for Alleged Drunk Driving

Dujon Sterling, a 26-year-old Rangers football player, has made a court appearance to face charges related to dangerous driving and driving under the influence. The allegations stem from an incident on January 4, where Sterling is said to have driven recklessly in Glasgow City Centre, putting other road users at risk and losing control of his vehicle. Additionally, he has been charged with drunk driving on the same date, with a reported breath alcohol level of 60 microgrammes per 100 millilitres, exceeding the legal limit of 22 microgrammes per 100 millilitres. This incident occurred after Sterling played in a match against Celtic, which Rangers won 3-1. During his court appearance at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sterling did not enter a plea, and the case has been postponed until May 5 for further proceedings.
