Manby and De Zwaan Earn 2026 PDC Tour Cards, Sherrock Falls Short

The 2026 PDC Qualifying Schools have come to a close, with Charlie Manby, Samuel Price, Jeffrey de Zwaan, and Sietse Lap claiming automatic PDC Tour Cards on the final day. Unfortunately for Fallon Sherrock and Andreas Harrysson, they missed out on the opportunity. The UK Qualifying School, held at Arena MK in Milton Keynes, saw rising star Manby, 20, deliver on his promise and secure a Tour Card. He overcame notable players Steve Beaton and Mervyn King in the process. Manby's best performance of the day came when he averaged 102.8 in a win against Daniel Ayres. Sherrock, however, suffered her fourth consecutive first-round defeat and will not be joining the PDC Pro Tour in 2026. As a result, Beau Greaves will be the only female player on the tour. In Kalkar, Dutch players De Zwaan and Lap were the automatic qualifiers. De Zwaan, a former World Matchplay semi-finalist, returns to the ProTour circuit after relinquishing his Tour Card in December 2024. He won three deciding-leg matches, including victories over Daniel Klose and Harrysson, before sealing the deal with a 6-2 win against Mika Donnevert. The European Qualifying School Rankings List awarded eight additional Tour Cards, with reigning WDF champion Jimmy van Schie securing the top spot with 12 points. Other notable players to earn Tour Cards include former Premier League runner-up Mervyn King, Tyler Thorpe, Stephen Rosney, and David Sharp. The 2026 PDC ProTour season will begin with the Players Championships 1-2 in Hildesheim on February 9-10.
