Lando Norris has announced the formation of a new junior single‑seater racing organisation called LN4 Fusion, which is set to compete across several categories beginning in the 2027 season. LN4 Fusion has already secured key assets from the former Formula 3 outfit AIX Racing, allowing the team to field entries in the FIA Formula 3 Championship next year. In addition, the management is currently navigating the necessary application procedures to gain entry into the higher‑tier Formula 2 series in the future, positioning the team as a potential contender at the top of the junior ladder. Beyond the Formula 3 and prospective Formula 2 programmes, LN4 Fusion will also field squads in the Italian Formula 4 championship and the Formula Regional European series during the 2027 calendar. This is one of the biggest things I've ever been part of that isn't just about my own Formula 1 career.
It's my very own race team that I co‑founded, so I'll have my own team competing in all the junior series. Obviously we want it to be the best, we want it to be the leading single‑seater race team. But it's just very cool to be part of something new, to create something, and to be involved for a long period of time as well." His comments underline a desire not only to compete but to set a new standard for professionalism and performance in the feeder series.
In parallel with LN4 Fusion, Norris is rolling out the LN4 Legacy Programme, an independent, fully funded driver development scheme. The programme will be run by ADD Management and overseen by seasoned programme director Julian Rouse.

"The main objective is simply to help younger drivers who have talent and the ability to get to Formula 1, but probably not financially, and help them in all those other areas to reach their end goal," Norris explained.
He added that the initiative represents his personal way of giving back: "Basically my little way of trying to give back, using my team, using the people that I'm with, my partners, and give other people, give young drivers a chance. So that's my more personal side of things, which is pretty cool too." LN4 Fusion will operate out of a newly constructed European headquarters in the Veneto region of Italy, a location chosen for its proximity to many established racing facilities and engineering talent pools.
A complementary British base will be set up in Cambridgeshire, ensuring that the team benefits from both continental and UK expertise. Norris highlighted the importance of such infrastructure, recalling his own upbringing: "I was very lucky growing up that my dad could support me all the way through to Formula 2. But I know there are a lot of other drivers out there who could reach Formula 1 but don't have the financial backing or the knowledge of how to navigate the whole programme, which is where the team comes into play too.
This is my way, and we're talking hundreds of thousands, we're talking millions, of how I can bring my whole infrastructure together, my support, my knowledge, and try to give as many other people and certain other drivers opportunities to reach their goal too." The launch event also featured a detailed schedule of the upcoming Italian Grand Prix weekend, illustrating the breadth of racing action across categories. Highlights included practice sessions for F3 and F2, qualifying rounds, sprint and feature races, as well as the main Formula 1 Grand Prix at Monza.
