The 30‑year‑old right wing‑back signs a three‑year contract with an option to extend for a fourth season, reuniting him with former Palace manager Oliver Glasner, now at the City Ground. The move comes after Palace opened the door for Munoz's departure by bringing in Anan Khalaili from Union Saint‑Gilloise, allowing them to recoup a profit on a player they originally acquired from Genk for £8.5 million in January 2024.
Munoz, a Colombian international, was an integral part of Palace’s recent successes in the UEFA Conference League and the FA Cup, contributing both defensively and offensively from the flanks.
