However, Atang is keen to carve his own path, rather than follow in Itauma's footsteps. 'Of course, it'll happen, but when the time's right. There's no rush for either of us. We can wait and build our names, and when the time's right, it'll be a massive fight,' Atang said. He feels that he has faced more pressure due to Itauma's trailblazing success, saying, 'I've almost got to do it in his shadow, I've got to live up to what he's done.' Atang is committed to continuing his development and working towards a world title, stating, 'The world title's the goal for me, that's the plan.'
