Despite Liverpool's elimination from the Champions League, there is still a possibility for 10 English teams to participate in European competitions next season. The Premier League is guaranteed to have five teams in the Champions League, with additional teams potentially qualifying through the Europa League and Conference League. If Arsenal win the Champions League but finish outside the top four, or if Aston Villa or Nottingham Forest win the Europa League, it could lead to six English teams in the Champions League. Alternatively, if Crystal Palace win the Conference League, they would qualify for the Europa League, resulting in a total of nine or potentially 10 English teams in European competitions.
