Despite a late try by Olly Russell for the hosts, the game was beyond their reach, resulting in a defeat. Post-match, Leeds Rhinos head coach Brad Arthur expressed dissatisfaction with his team's defensive performance, emphasizing the need for 'urgency and desperation' and stating it was 'not good enough.'
