Additionally, the team has announced the upcoming arrival of Andrea Landi from Racing Bulls, who will take on the position of head of performance starting July 1. Landi, with his extensive experience including a stint as deputy technical director at Racing Bulls and previously as deputy head of vehicle performance at Ferrari, will report to Waterhouse. The team is currently navigating a challenging start to the new era of F1 regulations, sitting sixth in the Constructors' Championship after three races, with a significant 119-point gap to leaders Mercedes. The recent exodus of key staff members to rival teams, including the impending departure of Gianpiero Lambiase to McLaren in 2028, has also presented challenges.
