Bournemouth Agree to Appoint Marco Rose as New Manager

Bournemouth have come to an agreement with Marco Rose to take the reins as the club's new manager, following the impending departure of Andoni Iraola. Although Rose will not officially assume the role until summer, the club has secured a deal to enable both parties to prepare for the next season. Iraola had announced his decision to leave the club after his contract expires, marking the end of his three-year tenure. Former RB Leipzig manager Rose was the top choice to replace Iraola due to their shared footballing philosophy. The club is currently working on completing the necessary paperwork and arranging Rose's work visa. Rose has been out of management since his dismissal from RB Leipzig in March 2025. His backroom staff is still being finalized. With Rose at the helm, Bournemouth aims to push for trophies and European competition. Rose's coaching style, emphasizing 'emotion, hunger, and being active,' aligns with the club's ambitions. He has expressed his desire for an active, dynamic, and fast-paced playing style, focusing on quick transitions and high-intensity pressing.
