Nicky Richards Aims for Ninth Consecutive Win at Hexham

Following an impressive eight-win streak, Nicky Richards is sending three horses to Hexham for the National Hunt event on Monday. Jamesieconn, part of Richards' in-form team, is seeking a fourth consecutive victory in the Mick Walsh Open Ditch Handicap Chase. Having won at Carlisle, Jamesieconn has been raised 5lbs to a mark of 100, but may still pose a challenge under Danny McMenamin. Streamsforth Lad, despite not having won in 18 starts, shows promise and is yet to reach his full potential. Stuart Coltherd's Rightbackatyou is another contender, having shown good form recently. Young Getaway will attempt to extend Richards' winning run in the Anthony Woods Electrical Lightning Bolt Handicap Chase, while That One makes his chasing debut. Other notable entries include Heads Or Harps, Choose A Copper, Grant Wood, Wicket Keeper, Paddy's Day, and Albasheer, with Gardener returning for the Happy Retirement Maurice & Anne Barnes Handicap Hurdle.
