Mullins, who trails Skelton by £2,094,034, conceded defeat and congratulated Skelton on his Grand National win with I Am Maximus. This victory paves the way for Skelton to bask in the glory of his championship title ahead of the official trophy presentation at Sandown Park on April 25.
