Jake Paul's Promotion May Provide Katie Taylor's Final Opponent

Katie Taylor's final career bout, set to take place at Dublin's Croke Park, may feature an opponent courtesy of Jake Paul's Most Valuable Promotions. Having staged Taylor's last two contests against Amanda Serrano, MVP is well-positioned to provide a suitable opponent for Taylor's farewell fight. With the strongest women's boxing roster, MVP co-founder Nakisa Bidarian has suggested Caroline Dubois or the winner of the Holly Holm and Stephanie Han WBA lightweight title fight as potential opponents. Bidarian envisions a scenario where the winner of Holm and Han could face Taylor in her final bout, citing the logic of such a matchup. Holm, a 44-year-old UFC champion, and Han, a mother and full-time police officer, both present compelling stories. Bidarian hopes to collaborate with Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Boxing to stage the Croke Park event, respecting Taylor's loyalty to the promotion. Hearn has ruled out Taylor boxing on the undercard of Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua, also proposed for Croke Park, and is instead focused on moving forward with Taylor's solo event.
