Van Gerwen Eyes Third European Darts Grand Prix Title

Dutch darts star Michael van Gerwen is on the hunt for his third European Darts Grand Prix title in Sindelfingen, where he may face William O'Connor. The competition will feature a 48-player field vying for the top prize of £35,000 from April 17-19. Gary Anderson will also be in action, seeking his third consecutive title, and will face either Niko Springer or Robin Masino in the opening round. Other former European Darts Grand Prix winners, including Rob Cross, Peter Wright, and Kim Huybrechts, will also participate. The event will see 16 matches across two sessions on the opening day, with notable clashes including Cameron Menzies against Raymond van Barneveld and Australian No 1 Damon Heta against Latvia's Madars Razma. The tournament schedule includes afternoon and evening sessions on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with the final taking place on Sunday evening.
