At just 15 years old, Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has already made history by becoming the youngest player to score a century in the IPL, achieving this feat a mere nine days after his record-breaking debut at the age of 14 in 2025. Now, he continues to impress, fueling discussions about his potential debut on the international stage. Sooryavanshi initially stunned audiences with a 35-ball hundred in his debut IPL season as a 14-year-old and has since proven his endurance, showcasing an extraordinary ability to perform under pressure with the Rajasthan Royals. With two 15-ball fifties against the Chennai Super Kings and the Royal Challengers Bengaluru, he ranks as the third-highest run scorer in the tournament, having amassed 200 runs from five innings at a strike rate of 263.15. A recent golden duck in a match against the Sunrisers Hyderabad reminded everyone of his humanity, but his power, presence, and composure at the crease, which far exceed his age, have left seasoned professionals in awe.
