Trans Women Barred from Competing in Female Darts Tournaments

The Darts Regulation Authority has announced a revised eligibility policy, stating that only biological females will be permitted to participate in women's darts tournaments. As a result, transgender females, including Noa-Lynn van Leuven, a prominent figure in the sport, will no longer be allowed to compete in women's events. The new policy will come into effect on April 5, 2026, and will apply to all affiliated organizations, including the PDC.
