Preston Stages Comeback to Defeat Charlton

Charlton took the lead through Joe Rankin-Costello, but Preston equalized before halftime courtesy of Lewis Dobbin. The visitors then took the lead in the second half, with Potts scoring the decisive goal. Charlton had numerous chances to level the score, but Preston's defense held strong. The win marks Preston's first away victory since January 4.
