Rahm recently rejected the DP World Tour's offer, which included conditional tournament releases for the 2026 season, and has since withdrawn his appeal against sanctions imposed. However, he believes a solution will be found, stating, 'We're going to work it out.' Rahm's DP World Tour future and potential Ryder Cup eligibility are uncertain, but he has faith in finding a mutually beneficial resolution. Luke Donald, who hopes Rahm will feature in his Ryder Cup team, has expressed his desire to find a resolution between the DP World Tour and Rahm. The DP World Tour's offer required players to commit to a minimum of six events, but Rahm is willing to play only four events per season. Other golfers, such as Rory McIlroy and Justin Rose, have also shared their thoughts on the issue, with McIlroy calling the DP World Tour's offer 'generous' and Rose suggesting there is 'middle ground' to be found. Rahm is scheduled to feature on the DP World Tour in September and is keen to participate in multiple events later this year, including the Irish Open, BMW PGA Championship, and Spanish Open.
