Rangers Footballer Dujon Sterling Faces Court Charges for Alleged Drunk Driving and Reckless Behavior

Dujon Sterling, a 26-year-old Rangers football player, has been charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving. According to allegations, on January 4, Sterling drove at high speeds through various roads in Glasgow City Centre, posing a risk to other road users and losing control of his vehicle. Additionally, he is accused of driving with a blood alcohol level of 60 micrograms per 100 milliliters, exceeding the legal limit of 22 micrograms per 100 milliliters. This incident occurred a day after Sterling played in a match against Celtic, which Rangers won 3-1. During his appearance at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sterling did not enter a plea, and the case has been postponed to May 5 for further proceedings.
