Rose Refreshed and Ready for Masters Challenge

Justin Rose claims he isn't feeling any additional pressure to make up for last year's playoff loss at The Masters, as he makes a strong push at Augusta National. A year after narrowly losing to Rory McIlroy, Rose is once again in contention for a major victory following rounds of 70 and 69. Rose reflects that his past near-misses have taught him that he can win at The Masters, and he's drawing on that experience as he mixes birdies with bogeys to stay in the running. Rose's fellow Englishman, Tyrrell Hatton, is also making a strong bid, having carded a six-under 66 to move up the leaderboard. Hatton posted seven birdies before bogeying the final hole, but he remains optimistic about his chances. World No 1 Scottie Scheffler, meanwhile, had a disappointing day, bogeying both par-fives on the second nine to card a two-over 74. Scheffler felt he played better than his score suggests, but he's looking to bounce back over the weekend.
