The final standings from the Masters tournament, the first major of the year, held at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. Defending champion Rory McIlroy successfully retained his title, making history in the process. McIlroy edged out world number one Scottie Scheffler by a single stroke, with Tyrrell Hatton finishing a stroke further back in a tie for third alongside Justin Rose, Cameron Young, and Russell Henley. The Masters was the first of four majors in as many months, followed by the PGA Championship, US Open, and The Open.
