Charley Hull Leads the Charge as Top LPGA Tour Players Join Women's TGL

Charley Hull and world number one Jeeno Thitikul are among the first LPGA Tour players to sign up for the inaugural women's TGL league. The innovative golf competition, founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy's TMRW Sports, will feature a tech-infused team format at a custom-built indoor venue. Following the successful launch of the men's version in 2025, the women's edition is set to debut in the winter of 2026-27, with a star-studded lineup including Lydia Ko, Brooke Henderson, and Lexi Thompson. According to Mike McCarley, founder and CEO of TMRW Sports, the women's TGL will provide a global platform for LPGA Tour stars to showcase their skills and connect with fans on a deeper level. Thitikul, who recently overtook Nelly Korda as world number one, will be joined by major winners Ko and Henderson, as well as Solheim Cup veterans Hull and Thompson. The women's TGL will feature the same innovative elements as the men's version, including mic'd up players, strategic team decisions, and fast-paced match play. LPGA Tour commissioner Craig Kessler believes that partnering with TMRW Sports on the women's TGL will help the game reach new audiences and create greater visibility for female golfers.
