Nick Faldo Recovers from Successful Open-Heart Surgery
Following a preventative open-heart surgery in the US, Sir Nick Faldo is set to return home. The 68-year-old golf legend underwent the procedure at The Cleveland Clinic to repair an enlarged aorta. After spending two weeks at the clinic, Faldo expressed his gratitude to Dr. Lars Svensson and his team for the successful operation. He is now looking forward to resuming his golf course design work and attending the Masters Week in Augusta, where he will be celebrating his 1996 victory. Faldo, a six-time major winner, has been working as a pundit for Sky Sports, featuring in coverage of major golf events and the Ryder Cup.
