Etalon was also mentioned, having performed well in his last outing at Ascot, but will be stepping up in trip. Meanwhile, Hitman was considered as an each-way option, despite his poor win rate, as he always threatens to produce and has a good partnership with jockey Freddie Gingell. Neon Moon was also touched upon, with David Pipe having a profitable record at Ascot, and Harry Cobden teaming up with him. However, the ground conditions were a concern, and a small saver bet was suggested.
