Andrea Lee, set to make her third Solheim Cup appearance, secured her place as the highest‑ranked American in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings who had not already qualified via points. She has represented the United States twice before, posting a 3‑2‑2 record, and partnered with Zhang in 2024 to claim two decisive foursome victories. Alison Lee, also heading to her third Solheim Cup, has previously contributed to Team USA’s triumphs in 2015 and 2024.
The 31‑year‑old holds a 2‑5‑0 record over seven matches and returns after giving birth last year. This season she has been in fine form, with three top‑five finishes, including ties for third at the Mizuho Americas Open and the Dow Championship.
World number one Nelly Korda tops the points list, having captured four victories this season, notably The Chevron Championship in April and the U.S. Open in June.
