Darts player Ryan Searle has spoken publicly about his rare eye condition, Autosomal Dominant Optic Atrophy, as he prepares to face Luke Littler in the semi-finals of the World Darts Championship. Despite struggling with vision loss, Searle has had a remarkable run in the tournament, dropping only two sets. He was diagnosed with the condition 18 months ago and has been wearing contact lenses to alleviate some of the symptoms.
