West Ham United have finalized a deal with Al Hilal for the sale of Dutch international Crysencio Summerville. The total package is valued at £60m, comprising a guaranteed £55m fee and an additional £5m in potential bonuses. Roma had previously attempted to secure a deal with West Ham but were unsuccessful, with their initial £39m proposal being rejected.
Al Hilal's offer, nearly double that of Roma's, was swiftly accepted by West Ham. Following the rejection, Roma has opted not to increase their bid and is instead exploring alternative targets.
If the transfer is completed, Summerville will become West Ham's third-highest sale, behind Declan Rice and Mateus Fernandes. The club will have raised over £150m from the sales of Summerville and Fernandes this summer.
