He will hold 1.2% of the team's equity, with Warwickshire County Cricket Club maintaining majority control at 50.4% and Birmingham City owners Knighthead Capital Management holding 48.4%.
Bellingham's investment is part of a larger influx of private funding into The Hundred, with over £520m invested since last year. He plans to focus on community engagement and corporate social responsibility initiatives, aiming to increase participation in cricket and bring people together through sports.
Bellingham, who grew up in Stourbridge, credits his upbringing in Birmingham for instilling values such as camaraderie and respect, which he believes are essential for success in both sports and life.
