According to Andy Kelly, the director of rugby at Huddersfield, Cartwright, who recently stepped down as head coach of Hull FC, is also being considered for the position. Kelly stated that the club is meticulously reviewing the list of potential coaches, narrowing down their options and conducting thorough background checks. The recruitment process has been slowed down by the club's desire to align their player recruitment strategy with the potential coaching appointments.
