Sky Sports Racing ambassador Hollie Doyle shares her top 10 horses to watch in 2026 as the flat season gains momentum. Her list includes Richard Hannon's promising five-year-old, who has shown significant improvement since autumn, winning a valuable handicap at Ascot and the Listed Cammidge Stakes at Doncaster.
Doyle is optimistic about his transition to Group company. Another notable mention is a big son of New Bay, who gave Doyle a positive feel when he won on debut at Chelmsford City. Despite his inexperience, he was in control and is expected to improve. A three-year-old son of Caravaggio also impressed Doyle with his debut performance in a Saint-Cloud newcomers race, dominating the opposition over 1m.

Ed Walker's filly, a daughter of Starman, is another horse to watch, having won a 6f Nottingham maiden and finishing close behind Zanthos in the Group 2 Rockfel. Doyle's boss, Archie Watson, has been patient with a son of Sea The Stars, who made a striking impression on debut at Newcastle. Karl Burke's son of Night Of Thunder, who won the Group 2 Joel Stakes, is also expected to perform well in the Group 1 Lockinge Stakes at Newbury.
