'It takes time to be a captain,' he said, reflecting on his role. 'If I was in France, it would be easier for me to talk with players, but now, after five years here, I try to be behind the guys.' Louza leads by example on the pitch and is learning to communicate more effectively with his teammates. Lastly, World Cup winner Steven Nzonzi, who played for France in the 2018 final, recalled his finest moment in his career.
