Ellie Kildunne, a key player for England's rugby team, has shared her personal battle with body dysmorphia, which began during the 2020 coronavirus lockdown. Despite her impressive performance in the Rugby World Cup, including scoring five tries, Kildunne struggled with feelings of isolation and an unhealthy relationship with food. She has now spoken out about her experiences, including the development of an eating disorder, and how seeking help from a physiotherapist at her former club Wasps marked a turning point in her journey towards recovery.

Kildunne, who recently released her autobiography 'Game Changer', hopes that by sharing her story, she can help others who may be facing similar challenges and provide a more realistic perspective on the life of a professional athlete.
