Doku Sounds Warning to Arsenal: Title Race Heating Up

Following Manchester City's 3-0 victory over Chelsea, Jeremy Doku expressed his confidence in the team's title chances, stating that the 'title race is on' ahead of their upcoming match against Arsenal. City's win, coupled with Arsenal's loss to Bournemouth, has narrowed the gap at the top of the league to six points, with City having a game in hand. Doku, who scored his first goal since November, emphasized the importance of the upcoming match, saying, 'If we win, it's a big punch towards them. If we lose, it's in their hands and we have to wait for them to lose.' Pep Guardiola also shared his thoughts, acknowledging that his team was once considered an underdog but is now gaining momentum, having beaten Arsenal in the Carabao Cup final and thrashed Liverpool in the FA Cup. Guardiola noted, 'We are growing. We have long weeks now we are out of the Champions League. We are more fresh, in training, everyone knows exactly what they have to do.'
