Following a remarkable eight-win streak, Nicky Richards is set to send three horses to Hexham for Monday's National Hunt action. Jamesieconn will be seeking a fourth consecutive win for the in-form Richards team, which has enjoyed an impressive spring period with eight straight victories. This seven-year-old has shown a preference for the three-mile distance and good ground, having won at Carlisle last time out, and will now face a 5lb weight increase, which may pose a challenge. Meanwhile, Streamsforth Lad has yet to secure a win despite placing in various hurdle and chase events, and will be looking to capitalize on his recent improvement. Stuart Coltherd, who has achieved a +298 level-stakes profit over the past two weeks, will be fielding Rightbackatyou, which finished behind Scottish King over the same course and distance recently. Nicky Richards will also be entering Young Getaway in the Anthony Woods Electrical Lightning Bolt Handicap Chase, as the team seeks to extend its winning streak. This will be Young Getaway's chasing debut, a year after being defeated by That One, who will also be making his debut over fences. The Lucinda Russell and Michael Scudamore partnership will be represented by Heads Or Harps and Choose A Copper, with the former having shown consistency with four consecutive placings. Grant Wood, trained by Paul Midgley, will be returning to Gosforth Park, where he has enjoyed success in the past, while Wicket Keeper will be seeking to build on his previous wins over six furlongs. Paddy's Day will be wearing a tongue-tie for the first time under Nigel Tinkler, and Albasheer will be ridden by Sky Sports Racing ambassador Hollie Doyle. Gardener, who won more convincingly than the winning margin suggested last time out, will be competing in the Happy Retirement Maurice & Anne Barnes Handicap Hurdle at 4:30 pm.
