Canadian Cruiserweight Ryan Rozicki Joins Zuffa Boxing Roster

Canadian cruiserweight boxer Ryan Rozicki, known for his devastating punching power, has inked a multi-fight contract with Zuffa Boxing. Rozicki, nicknamed 'The Bruiser', bolsters the promotion's already impressive cruiserweight division, which features champion Jai Opetaia, former titleholder Chris Billam-Smith, and top contender Brandon Glanton. With 21 professional wins, all but one by knockout, Rozicki has established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the boxing world. His only loss came at the hands of Oscar Rivas in 2021, but he has since gone unbeaten in nine fights, often competing in front of sold-out crowds in Nova Scotia. Rozicki has also vied for the WBC interim title, drawing with Yamil Alberto Peralta in their 2024 rematch. Notable victories include a win over Olanrewaju Durodola, who had previously gone the distance with Richard Riakporhe and Ilunga Makabu. Rozicki's most recent bout saw him score a second-round knockout over Gerardo Mellado in March.
