Cyrus Pattinson is on a mission to revive his career, starting with an upcoming fight in Newcastle. A former top amateur boxer, Pattinson turned pro in 2021 and initially experienced success, winning his first six bouts and establishing a loyal fan base. However, a loss to Conah Walker in 2023 sent his career into a downward spiral, leaving him without a promoter, manager, or trainer, and struggling with a severe eye injury that threatened to end his career. Pattinson has since found a new lease on life, training with Billy Nelson in Glasgow and racking up three consecutive wins. He is now set to face Tunde Segun Adeyemi at the Vertu Motors Arena in Newcastle, with his sights firmly set on reclaiming his place among the welterweight elite. "I've been through the darkest of times, but I'm back on track," Pattinson said. "I'm a fighter who always gives it my all, and I'm confident that I can beat anyone in the division." With his trainer Billy Nelson backing him to challenge for domestic and European titles, Pattinson is ready to put the past behind him and focus on the future.
