The 49-year-old Rose has been without a management role since being let go by RB Leipzig in March 2025. The club is currently working on completing the necessary paperwork and securing a work visa for Rose. Discussions are also underway regarding the composition of his support staff. Rose's management style, which emphasizes "emotion, hunger, and being active," aligns with the club's vision. He has expressed his desire to have his team play dynamically, winning the ball back quickly and creating scoring opportunities through swift, direct movements. With Rose at the helm, Bournemouth is looking to take the next step and pursue European competition and trophies.
