Ben Waterhouse, a key figure within the team since 2017, has been appointed to the expanded role of Chief Performance and Design Engineer, reporting directly to Technical Director Pierre Wache.
This new position will oversee both design and vehicle performance, fostering a more integrated approach that is expected to expedite the development of high-performance solutions. Furthermore, Andrea Landi is set to join the team on July 1 as Head of Performance, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous roles, including his tenure as Deputy Technical Director at Racing Bulls and his work with Ferrari. Landi will report to Waterhouse, marking a strategic move to enhance the team's technical capabilities.
