Conor Benn Inks Long-Term Contract with Zuffa Boxing

Conor Benn has entered into a multi-fight, multi-year agreement with Zuffa Boxing, marking a significant development in his career. Benn's most recent bout, a 10-round win against former two-time world champion Regis Prograis at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, was under the Zuffa Boxing banner. This victory came after two epic fights against Chris Eubank Jr. at the same venue. Benn had previously faced Eubank Jr. twice, rekindling a long-standing family rivalry, and although he lost the first bout, he secured a decision victory in the rematch. Following his win over Eubank Jr., Benn moved down in weight to face Prograis at 150lbs, as he sets his sights on major fights in the welterweight division. Dana White, Head of Zuffa Boxing, confirmed that Benn has signed a two-and-a-half-year deal, consisting of five fights. White expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, 'I like the kid personally and professionally, so we are excited about it.' Benn also shared his excitement, saying, 'I am very excited to have got this deal done. They share the same vision, and they are excited for the future.' This move marks a significant shift for Benn, as he leaves Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Boxing after nearly a decade to join Dana White's new promotional powerhouse.
