Conor Benn has stated that his primary focus is on securing a WBC title match against Ryan Garcia, but he's also receiving interest from other prominent fighters eager for a showdown. Following his debut with Zuffa Boxing, where he defeated Regis Prograis on the undercard of the Tyson Fury event at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Benn signed a multi-year, multi-fight deal with the promotional company. As the mandatory challenger for Garcia's WBC welterweight title, Benn believes he has numerous options and is in high demand. "Getting the Garcia fight is my top priority, but I have plenty of other opportunities," Benn explained to Sky Sports. With his newfound status, Benn is confident that he can take on a range of elite opponents, saying, "If Ryan doesn't want the fight, there are plenty of other options available." Benn's recent victory over Prograis has drawn attention, with many fighters now expressing interest in facing him. He noted, "It's amusing to see all these fighters calling me out after my win over Prograis, especially since no one was interested after my rematch against Chris Eubank Jr." Benn attributes this newfound interest to his impressive performance against Prograis, stating, "Maybe it's a blessing that I went the distance with Regis, as it's shown people my capabilities." Zuffa Boxing's head, Dana White, is open to arranging a fight between Benn and Garcia, emphasizing his goal of creating the most exciting matches possible. With the signing of Chris Billam-Smith, the former WBO cruiserweight champion, White expects to recruit more top British talent in the coming weeks, aiming to bring significant fights to the UK.
