Hull KR Dominates Toulouse with Eight Tries, While Leigh Secures Crucial Win Over York

Hull KR secured a resounding 46-0 victory over Toulouse, scoring eight tries to claim their third consecutive win in the Betfred Super League. The visitors took an early lead through Elliot Minchella, and despite having a try disallowed, Rhyse Martin extended the lead to 12-0 after Toulouse failed to handle a high kick from Mikey Lewis. The Rovers doubled their score with tries on either side of halftime, courtesy of Tyrone May and Joe Burgess. The rout continued as Lewis pierced the Toulouse line, setting up Jez Litten for their fifth try. Peta Hiku then intercepted a pass and sprinted the length of the field to score, before Lewis and Jai Whitbread combined for the seventh try. Burgess added his second to cap off a dominant performance, condemning Toulouse to their sixth straight defeat. Meanwhile, Leigh returned to winning ways with a hard-fought 18-6 victory over York. Adrian Lam's side had won only one of their last four matches but came out on top at the LNER Community Stadium, thanks to tries from Gareth O'Brien, Xavier Va'a, Josh Charnley, and Jacob Alick-Wiencke. The win helped the Leopards climb to 10th in the table, while York suffered their fifth successive Super League defeat.
