Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has etched his name in cricket history by becoming the youngest player to score a century in the IPL, achieving this feat just nine days after his record-breaking debut at the age of 14 in 2025. Now, at 15, India's newest cricket sensation continues to defy expectations, sparking intense debate about his potential debut on the international stage. Sooryavanshi's impressive start in the IPL, including a 35-ball hundred at 14, has been more than just a fleeting moment of brilliance. In the 2026 edition, he has consistently demonstrated an extraordinary ability to excel under pressure, playing for the Rajasthan Royals. With two 15-ball fifties against the Chennai Super Kings and the Royal Challengers Bengaluru, and a strike rate of 263.15, he is the third-highest run-scorer in the tournament with 200 runs from five innings.
