Andoni Iraola to Depart Bournemouth as Club Shortlists Three Potential Replacements

Andoni Iraola, the head coach of Bournemouth, has announced his decision to leave the club at the end of the season. According to Sky Sports News, former RB Salzburg and Borussia Dortmund manager Marco Rose is one of three candidates being considered to succeed Iraola. Iraola's contract is set to expire in three months, and despite numerous offers to extend his stay, he has chosen to depart. The Spanish coach has been a key figure at Bournemouth, implementing an attacking style of football and leading the team to a record-breaking three years on the south coast. His final home game will be against Manchester City on May 17. The club has been searching for a new head coach in the background and has a shortlist of three favored candidates. Bournemouth is currently 11th in the Premier League and still has a chance to qualify for Europe. Iraola has been linked to several clubs, including Athletic Club, where he spent 12 years as a player. Other potential destinations for Iraola include Crystal Palace and Newcastle, although Tottenham has already appointed Roberto De Zerbi as their new head coach. Manchester United is also yet to make a decision on their next head coach, with Michael Carrick currently in charge until the summer.
