England Rugby Star Ellie Kildunne Opens Up About Body Dysmorphia Struggle

England rugby star Ellie Kildunne has spoken out about her secret struggle with body dysmorphia, which began during the 2020 coronavirus lockdown. Kildunne, who played a key role in England's Rugby World Cup victory last year, scoring five tries, including a stunning solo effort in the final against Canada, has revealed her personal battle with the condition. In an interview with BBC Sport, Kildunne discussed feeling isolated after the World Cup win and developing an unhealthy relationship with food, leading to an eating disorder. The full-back has now spoken about her experiences, including seeking help from a physiotherapist, Emily Ross, at her former club Wasps, which marked a turning point in her recovery. Kildunne, who has recently released her autobiography 'Game Changer', says she now feels in control and wants to use her platform to help others who may be struggling with similar issues, emphasizing that nobody is perfect, regardless of their public image.
